I remember showing up here straight after a festival years ago, I didn’t realise that I had lost my wallet at it until I went to pay for the slice. I was so embarrassed and went to leave but what I presume was the manager or owner(blonde woman) gave me the slice for free. I was so touched by the kindness of her and have had many delicious slices since. Lovely place and staff are always friendly.
Authentic NY style pizza, my favorite in Dublin. Fast service and they are always friendly.
Super friendly shop with great tasting pizza. I wish I was in Dublin so I could get a full size pizza for myself, but a slice was good enough for lunch. Definitely worth a stop when travelling to Dublin and to get a slice for lunch when you’re on a budget.
It has not been easy to find a place for vegans to enjoy pizza, but this place is my new favorite!! Vegan cheese they use is amazing!!! And Rado and his colleagues always welcome my friends and me with a smile, much appreciated 🙂
Also, I am impressed by having water out of a can 🙂 so unique!! Will definitely be back!
Hands down, without a doubt, the best pizza you’ll find in Dublin!!! It is such good value and the guys in there are very sound.

“DiFontaine’s, quite simply, is the best pizza in Dublin.
Nestled on the outskirts of Temple Bar, right beside the quays, it’s a prime location to intercept hungry drunkards from all sides at 02:00, which is probably its peak time. A tiny spot with a few counter seats, it’s a place to grab a slice rather than a sit-down meal, but I guarantee you won’t want to sit anyway.”

“Take a look at the best places to park yourself after a night out and enjoy some top quality grub! If your looking for some NY style pizza, look no further. Located in the heart of the city, you won’t have to go on a drunken gallop to get yourself some cheesy goodness.”
